Some people have told me that they liked my experience in real estate but other people prioritize their Realtor search in different ways. Maybe they want someone who’s

My certification of Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) is the first negotiation certification acknowledged by NAR (the National Association of Realtors) and the only negotiation certification that NAR recognizes. To work effectively on your behalf, I know that I must be prepared and be open to options that might benefit you. I know how to protect your own important preferences yet still work towards a possible negotiation compromise that might offer a trade off to the other side.
In the end you are the one who needs to feel successful with your real estate goals, and my job is to create the facts that allow you to have that success.
