First, About Our Central Virginia Area:
If you’re not already familiar with Charlottesville Virginia and the surrounding Central VA countryside, we’d love to introduce you to our area!
Q: Where are you located?
A: Charlottesville is located in the heart of Central Virginia and is about 2 hours west of Washington D.C.
Q: What’s the climate in Virginia?
A: As you can see below, we love our 4-season climate for several reasons. We have the Blue Ridge Mountains on our western edge to afford cooler temperatures in the mountains. And although we experience a winter season, it’s usually only a few weeks long and spring begins again in earnest in March. For our Snowbird friends… We’ve spent Christmas comfortably in short sleeved shirts, though we’ve spent the holidays bundled up against a few snowflakes, so there is no hard and fast rule about the timing of the climate and seasonal changes. But we can assure you that if you want to see gorgeous azaleas, daffodils, redbuds, and other blossoms, try to visit here around mid-April for a full show. About Pam: Pam Dent is a native of Central Virginia. She knows the properties and the history of the area, and that knowledge benefits both her buyers and sellers. Pam has been in real estate for many years and during that time she’s developed a couple of niche real estate specialties that correlate with her own interests in equestrian activities and her ongoing battle with her golf game. She works as a Charlottesville homes realtor as well as a Charlottesville farms realtor. Pam also enjoys working with her ‘pre’-tirees who may be considering Central Virginia as a possible retirement location.
